City Bacon End Slices

Burgers' Smokehouse offers a full line of high-quality bacon, including City Bacon End Slices.  This bacon is brined for flavor and lightly smoked over hickory wood. This featured product is created after we slice center-cut slabs, creating an end slice that's not quite as lean as a traditional slice, but a great value.  All of the end slices are expertly packaged in a vacuum-sealed package before being sent to your door.  This excellent tasting slice is perfect if you are adding bacon as an ingredient to a recipe or seasoning a soup or side dish.

Note: End Cuts may include both our original flavor or peppered original flavor city bacon in each package.
